Have tried several time at this location before writing this review. Like many in metro Detroit I have enjoyed my share of coney restaurant food. I have no agenda other than to let others know to lower your expectations at this location. Filthy restroom. Overall cleanliness of kitchen has to be questioned. The following may be a one in a million, but it did occur. Crispy chicken salad comes to the table with a dead fly in it. Yep. Coney with cheese carry out and discovered a large piece ( thankfully ) of clear plastic in the cheese. I work too hard for my money to spend it in a business that takes my business for granted. Might be ok for you though. But keep your expectations low and maybe you won't be disappointed.

For a coney this place is great, fast service fast food! The food was exactly what we ordered no issues and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Went for breakfast at 9:00 and arrived to dirty sticky uncleaned tables. Waitress finally came to the table, noted the sticky mess, and then left for a rag to clean the surfaces. Came back with our water and then disappeared again for 15 minutes. At 9:30 with no waitress we left. The restaurant is dirty, the service was poor and I'm actually thankful that we did not eat here. This place needs management and some idea on how to wait on patronage. Went across the street to Panera. Lesson learned.

I get carryout from here occasionally and have yet to get my order 100% correct. I know this establishment is owned by the same people as the one in White Lake, but the staff and customer service is completely different. Today I ordered a small geek salad with chicken and a gyro with a mini greek. Instead of a gyro, my sister ended up with a BLT. It is a good thing she doesn't have dietary restrictions. For such a simple order, there was no excuse for the mistake. I will not be going back.

Horrible food and horrible service. 25 minutes for a side of fries and plain hot dog and the place was hardly even occupied by any customers. Waitresses texting when food is up, rude waitresses, and just a very unclean environment. The tables were messy, the plants are dead, and I don't even want to know the conditions in which the food is kept. I will never return.

Easy, quick, good coney island food. Their lemon rice soup is the best around. The prices are cheap and the ingredients are quality. Very friendly service. We come here a lot, you should too.

The customer service was very friendly and nice however, the food bordered on inedible. The coneys looked and tasted as though they had been sitting around a while. The French fries that tasted like onion rings were barely cooked to room temperature. Another person in our party ordered breakfast. The eggs were over cooked or possibly reheated (how hard is it to cook scrambled eggs) and the pancakes just weren't good. We won't be returning in quite a while.

I been there a total of three times the first time my Coney dogs were mediocre the second time my burger I'm guessing was a southern burger but I couldn't really tell was very basic the third time my fries were cold morning likely I would never come back back

As for the food, it's pretty much the same as other Leo's (which is pretty yummy Coney food). The staff was very friendly and quick. The restaurant was also clean, which is always appreciated. Overall Coney goodness :)

The staff is okay, nice to a point. However, the food is very upsetting. Carry out service is the worst I've experienced so far. I was placed on hold for 8 minutes. Once someone answered I ordered a Farmer's Omelet with extra hash browns on the side, a side of white toast, and an order of chili cheese fries. When I arrived to pick up my order there were four tables (what was so important that I had to sit on hold for almost 10 minutes). I came home to find that there was No toast, the chili cheese fries only had cheese on them, my omelet was completely smashed and torn apart with neither cheese or hashbrowns in the omelet. This is the fourth occasion that my order has been messed up at this specific Leo's. I've tried to give this restaurant a chance despite my many poor experiences, but I'm tired of gross food. I won't eat here anymore.
